The Music Ministry of St. Benedict Church in Johnstown is planning an eleven day choir pilgrimage to Italy, April 10 through 20, 2008. Special features include: singing for mass at St. Peter’s Basilica; attending Good Shepherd Sunday mass with the Holy Father presiding at ordinations; singing for the Wednesday Papal audience; a concert at St. Ignatius Church in Rome; singing mass at the tomb of St. Francis in Assisi; singing mass at St. Mark’s Basilica in Venice. Also stops in Florence and Ravenna. Singers and friends and family are invited to inquire. An informational meeting is planned for May 4 at St. benedict Church.
